Fractured Fairy Tales

My Reflection:
I was learning to compare a fractured fairy tale with a traditional one. I had to compare the plot, characters and setting. I need to work on getting better ideas quicker. I found it easier to talk about the traditional fairy tale. I found it hard to compare the two fairy tales. I need to work on this.

Additiong and Subtraction Problem Solving

My Reflection:
I was learning to solve addition and subtraction word problems. I found it easy to find the answer to the second question. I found trying to show the working out the hardest part. I think I need to keep working on understanding word problems.

Olympic Tagul

My Reflection:
I was learning extend my Olympic vocabulary by thinking of an Olympic related word for each letter in the alphabet. I found it easy to name the country's. I found it hard to name the sports and teams. I need to know more words about the Olympics.

Their, They're and There Homophones

My Reflection:
I was learning my Their, There and They're homophones.
Homophones are words that sound the same and mean different things.
I find this easy because I know which word is which.
I want to work on knowing about different homophones.

How Many 10s

My reflection:
I was learning to find out how many tens there are in a number. It was hard to figure out how to set it out. It was easy to answer the hundreds questions. I need to work on my thousands.

Reading Around the World Challenge

My Reflection:
I was learning to research a country that was in the Olympics using skimming and scanning to help me. I think I am good at using skimming and scanning. I found it easy to research the capital city and the continent that England is in. I found it hard to research the celebration and the two interesting facts.  I want to work on making sure that I am putting my research into my own words and not just copying and pasting it.
