I found the similarities easy to find because Jesse and I are quite similar and this helps me understand the story better.

I was learning to write a book review. I found it easy to rate the book. I found to write what the book is about. I need to work on making bigger sentences and adding more detail. I need to work on retelling the story.

Reading Around the World Challenge

My Reflection:
I was learning to research a country that was in the Olympics using skimming and scanning to help me. I think I am good at using skimming and scanning. I found it easy to research the capital city and the continent that England is in. I found it hard to research the celebration and the two interesting facts.  I want to work on making sure that I am putting my research into my own words and not just copying and pasting it.

I Am Learning To Summarise Information

I am learning to find answers to questions and summarise non-fiction books. This worksheet is from a non-fiction book I read about cats. I answered all these questions and then I was able to explain what the book was about and write down two important things I found out about cats. I liked this book because cats catch things! It was tricky for me to work out the most important information.
