Pepeha Art

My Reflection:
I was to create a visual  representation of my pepeha.
I found drawing the out line easy but I found colouring in my picture tricky.
I liked colouring in the mountain because it felt like it was a rainbow
I want to work on making it neater and not scribbling.

My Reflection:
It was easy to think of the numbers that go in the center circle. I want to work on being more focused on my work so I can do it faster.  I want to work on making my addition faster.

Te Tuhi Visit

My Reflection:
In Term 1 I went to Te Tuhi. We did the Wish You Were Here workshop .This is my picture. I enjoyed painting it.

Dog Alert

My Reflection:
I was learning to summarise my story. I found it hard to think of the right answers. I need to work on getting faster at my work.

I was learning to use my number knowledge to solve addition problems. It was hard to find the right answers. I need to work on concentrating more on my work.

Did You Ever Poem

My Reflection:
I was learning to write a Did You Ever Poem. I think I wrote a good poem. It was tricky to think of the nouns and verbs. I need to work on concentrating when I am working.

My Welcome Post 2016

Welcome to my Year 4 learning blog. This year I am in Room 13 and my teacher is Miss Kulik.  I enjoy Mathletics. This year I am looking forward to handwriting I hope you enjoy my blog and leave lots of feedback.
